“Pat Gaston: Inspiring Servant Leadership Rooted in Military, Corporate, and Spiritual Excellence”
Pat Gaston is a leadership speaker based in Wake Forest, NC. In addition to talking to audiences about leadership, he has used his careers in both military and corporate settings to assemble lessons and insights while striving for excellence.
Throughout all of his life experiences Pat has used the leadership foundation built at the US Military Academy at West Point and refined throughout his time working with executives at The Boeing Company and spiritual walk to become his best self. The final building block that brought everything together was Servant Leadership. Servant leaders prioritize serving others' needs to foster their growth and potential rather than seeking personal power or gain. He has always believed that people are the most critical part of any organization – “People First, Mission Always.”
Pat has spoken to audiences ranging from elementary school assemblies to Soldiers on the battlefield to a stadium of townspeople commemorating the anniversary of 9/11. Throughout it all, Pat speaks from the heart and with a point of sharing how the framework of: Faith, Hope and Love has fueled and shaped his life. He pursued coaching to pursue his life’s purpose of “helping others” and bringing his personal and professional experience and expertise into every engagement with clients. This journey allowed him to combine a love for meaningful conversations with the drive to support others in leading with purpose and intention.
